We are making changes and we are excited! Curt and Kathe Ostrom have partnered with New Spaces of Burnsville! After over 65 years in the building industry, the opportunity has come for us to become a bigger, stronger company in the design/build remodeling field. As past clients and friends of C.N. Ostrom & Son, Inc., you intimately know our company and it's employees. You have watched us grow to be one of the premier remodelers in the western suburbs of the Twin Cities. By forming a strategic alliance with Doug, Carol and their son Shawn Nelson, we will become on of the largest remodeling companies in the Twin Cities.
In background, Curt and I have been friends with the Nelsons for many years, sharing experience and discussing industry issues. We trust and respect them as individuals and as colleagues in this business. This alliance will allow each of us to concentrate on our individual expertise and the resources to follow through each project with effective skill and leadership. Curt and I will continue to work closely with clients on their creative designs and details throughout the remodeling process. Effective estimating and production will pass to our Burnsville office for efficient coordination.

Curt and Kathe Ostrom Partner with New Spaces! 

Doug, Carol and Shawn Nelson and Kathe and Curt Ostrom realized that there was an outstanding fit between themselves and their skills. Having worked together in the Remodelors' Council for years the time was right to work together in business.

We are now working together to open a new showroom conveniently located in the Western suburbs. From here, Kathe and Curt will be able to help their clients through the design process with computer aided design, a showroom full of product choices, and the assistance of interior designers.

We are all committed to increasing the level of service to our friends and clients. This partnership is a perfect way for us to raise both of our companies to the highest level in the Twin Cities.
